Position Purpose:
Describe the primary purpose of this position and how it contributes to the organization’s objectives. Example: Provides clerical and office support within the Division to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. 

Provides clerical work and office support involving the typing and processing of documents and performing a variety of office functions necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.

Description of Duties:
Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor.

50% Operates a personal computer using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Operates an electric typewriter, fax machine, postage meter and photocopier to perform duties. Creates CAD/RMS case numbers and enters the information into ITS. Reviews and processes AIR & IR reports, Citations and Adjudications through ITS. Assists the Automotive Officer with automotive duties, consisting of vehicle maintenance and entries in the Fleet Management, M5 Program. Distributes Petty Cash funds as required. Answers telephone calls. Processes PLCB transfers, new licensees and correction to licensee information.

20% Responsible for typing and revising letters and correspondence. Maintains licensee files through purging and filing of PLCB correspondence. Maintains District Office library manuals such as Directives, Special Orders, Personnel Orders, and Memorandums. Assists with the Confidential Advancement Accounts, Cash Advance and Reconciliation of the Bank Statement. Assists with the Purchasing Card purchases, processing and reconciliation of the statement.

15% Assists staff as Travel Arranger. Processes hearing notices. Processes the Weekly Schedule, makes corrections, and logs Holidays in the Log Book. Enters NTCs and CCs in UCR book and ICS System, updates NTCs in ITS and completes monthly UCR stats.

10% Retrieves messages from CLEAN. Processes evidence forfeiture forms. Processes Expungements. Transcribes Officer’s dictation. Assists in ordering office supplies. Keeps personal desk reference material up-to-date.

5% Performs other related duties as requested.
