Description of Duties: Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor. • Responds to incoming calls and correspondence. • Performs data entry, particularly as required for processing information from surveys being conducted by the Game Commission. • Maintains and updates database for contacting license buyers regarding surveys. • Assists with gathering samples for license purchasers in HuntFishPA and matches survey data with license purchase • Maintains records retention schedule regarding the maintenance, storage and disposal of surveys and corresponding documents. • Completes various reports, such as but not limited to, monthly automotive, travel, and revenue deposits. • Provides administrative support and procures needed supplies, equipment, materials and services necessary for conservation education programs. • Assists in managing the Hunter-Trapper Education program records, which includes the hunter-trapper education student graduate database and responds to inquiries from the members of the public regarding whether they have successfully completed the Game Commission’s hunter-trapper education and how they may obtain documentation of such. • Assists other clerical staff within the Bureau of Information and Education as needed, including in the fulfillment of merchandise orders, hunting and trapping license sales, and in processing via mail and/or telephone • Performs other duties as assigned. |

Any questionable responses from surveys, which are not readily defined by established guidelines or criteria, are referred to the Chief of the Social Science and Conservation Education Division for further guidance and direction. |
