Position Purpose: Describe the primary purpose of this position and how it contributes to the organization’s objectives. Example: Provides clerical and office support within the Division to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Implements activities within the Therapeutic Activities Services Department at the Ebensburg Center, overseeing the delivery of services in all therapeutic needs areas, including vocational training and special events. This is done so that individuals who reside at the Center will be able to participate in appropriate and meaningful work tasks and activities. |

Description of Duties: Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor. 1. Provides direct supervision to assigned subordinate staff, meeting with them, assigning and reviewing their work, and evaluating their performance to ensure that individuals' training needs are being addressed. 2. Prepares training plans that address individualized needs. 3. Prepares progress reports about the individuals who attend programs under their supervision to ensure that individuald training needs are being met; gathers data, analyzes data, and writes thirty day progress notes in the individuals' charts. 4. Maintains accurate reports of individuals' attendance at programming. 5. Prepares annual assessments in a timely manner, summarizing the individuals' performance. 6. Ensures that services delivered to the individuals comply with all applicable policies and procedures as required by Ebensburg Center and all relevant reviewing bodies.
