Position Purpose:
Describe the primary purpose of this position and how it contributes to the organization’s objectives. Example: Provides clerical and office support within the Division to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. 

The employee in this position is responsible for providing clerical support in D.E.O.#2.

Description of Duties:
Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor.

30% Uses the Incident Tracking System to type Administrative Investigation Reports and other general correspondence, verifies attachments and other submitted material to ensure completeness and the information is consistent with State Police Operational Standards.

30% Acts as timekeeper for the District Office which includes reviewing the Weekly Duty Roster on a daily basis for changes and updates Shift Planner accordingly. Enters Overtime and Higher Class Assignments as necessary.

30% Performs the duties of Primary M5 Asset Works System Coordinator which entails checking all automotive invoices for accuracy, proper pricing and related guidelines for payment and entry in M5 system. Types and processes paperwork relative to accidents and/or damage to state vehicles and enters RAR information in M5 System along with associated invoices. Collects, enters and maintains monthly mileage in M5 system and Automotive Database. Prepares paperwork/envelope for turn in of vehicles as well as new vehicles received. Maintains all files on all vehicles and all related correspondence.

5% Uses the CAD/RMS to assign Case Number/Incident Numbers, accesses the Liquor Control Board Computer System as needed and certified as C.L.E.A.N. operator.

5% Files general correspondence and performs other related duties as required.
