Description of Duties: Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor. Sending out packages through UPS. Accepting checks and keeping a log of them. Greeting visitors. Completes verification and validations for Record Management Unit (RMU), as necessary. Processing certified mail, logging them in on PowerComp and distributing them. Receive and send facsimiles. Complete process for illegible correspondence; ensure legible correspondence is received. Determine proper forwarding and preparation of mail. Processing Coop Mail. Shipping packages/ mail through UPS creating a shipping labels, arrange a pickup. Accepting payments and keeping a log, giving a receipt to customer and distributing check. Greet visitors and directing them in the right direction to get the reason for their visit done in a timely matter and keeping a log-in. Copying files. Maintaining File Description On PowerComp. Other duties as assigned. |
