Description of Duties: Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor. • Perform ongoing monitoring of externally-managed public markets accounts (includes inviting Market Risk and Internal PMs to monitoring calls and meetings) • Maintain quantitative manager performance and exposure measurement tools • Help prepare presentation materials and investment memoranda, including watch list and tear sheets • Review quarterly and annual financial reports of public markets external managers • Assist with underwriting /due diligence on prospective new managers • Attend meetings with public markets external managers • Assist with sourcing prospective new managers • Assist with collaboration with Market Risk team in their evaluation of public markets external managers and setting up guidelines for separate accounts with public markets external managers • Collaborate with Strategy group as required • Assist with contracts with public markets external managers, including deliverables that each manager is required to provide • Assist with special projects and contribute to broader Investment Office initiatives as required |
