This position’s primary responsibility will be to assist with the agency’s marketing efforts, while managing and implementing the email marketing and paid advertising for the agency. |

Description of Duties: Describe in detail the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Descriptions should include the major end result of the task. Example: Types correspondence, reports, and other various documents from handwritten drafts for review and signature of the supervisor. Assist with creating and implementing marketing projects that promote Commission programs and encourage participation in hunting and trapping in Pennsylvania. EMAIL MARKETING •Manage the agency’s email marketing with a high level of creativity and attention to detail. •Plan, create, and publish emails to the subscriber base. •Research trends and perform tests to optimize the email marketing performance. •Analyze the performance of the email bulletins based on subscriber engagement. •Become an expert in GovDelivery, the agency’s contracted email marketing platform. PAID ADVERTISING •Manage paid advertising campaigns for both digital and traditional channels. •Work with the contracted media agency on all aspects of paid advertising to include planning and strategy, budgeting, creative assets, placement, and implementation of the campaigns. •Develop reporting and analytics for all campaigns. •Optimize strategies and implement different versions for different audiences based on ad campaign performance. Work closely with the Digital Communications and Strategic Communications Divisions on creative assets and copywriting for email marketing and paid advertising campaigns. |
