Position Purpose:
Describe the primary purpose of this position and how it contributes to the organization’s objectives. Example: Provides clerical and office support within the Division to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. 

The Products Support Manager provides hands-on coordination and process assistance to the Product Managers. Working under the direction of the Product Managers and Products leadership, this position supports the development workflows by maintaining schedules, coordinating reviews, and ensuring required materials are organized and available.

Description of Duties:

PRODUCTS WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT:
Establishes predictable communication workflows so cross-departmental teams know when to expect updates and monitors progress to proactively escalate roadblocks.

Verifies that changes made during game development are promptly communicated to Marketing, Sales, PR, Research, Legal, and other stakeholders and, if needed, captured in game specification documents.

Owns the tracking and maintenance of all eInstant, Fast Play, and Scratch-Off shared chronological history spreadsheets, including updating with new games, new game numbers, and closure dates.

Develops and distributes new Scratch-Off game Planograms using formula-generated game recommendations, ensuring meticulous attention to game counts and vending limitations, game placement, and visual design requirements.

Oversees and distributes eInstant Game Info communications, ensuring final PS for rules and game information documents are accurately and timely delivered to all stakeholders.

Creates and distributes the priority map spreadsheet for each Draw Game update and new Fast Play and Scratch-Off game launches, including building the tool, determining the top four games to feature, and exercising judgment to adjust the top four featured games as necessary.

Monitors for pre-launch Fast Play and Scratch-Off game closures and ensures the priority map spreadsheet is updated and distributed in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsible for timely receipt and posting of final digital eInstant, Fast Play, and Scratch-Off game art files to the appropriate shared drive folder.

Pulls assets from final digital eInstant, Fast Play, and Scratch-Off game art files and drafts new game Fact Sheets for the Product Managers.

Independently issues notification emails on the scheduled Fast Play and Scratch-Off game closure and/or eInstant game disabled dates.

GAME SPECIFICATION AND REGULATORY ALIGNMENT:
Initially reviews game specification documents for clarity, completeness, and consistency across similar play styles, approved prize structures, and approved artwork.

Maintains structured documentation workflows to ensure game specification updates, feedback, and revisions are incorporated efficiently and communicated across internal and external partners.

Provides Legal with the list of similar games, as determined by the Product Managers, to aide in the drafting of game rules for every eInstant, Fast Play, and Scratch-Off game.

Reviews draft game rules for every eInstant, Fast Play, and Scratch-Off game launch to verify that product details from specification documents are translated correctly into draft game rules and escalates discrepancies promptly.

Identifies discrepancies or missing details in draft game rules and coordinates recommended corrections between Products and Legal.

Receives finalized game specifications and converts them into game briefs, product one-pagers, talking points, internal FAQs, and promotional summaries.

PRODUCTS-RELATED MARKETING LEAD:
Initial point of contact with Digital Marketing regarding Bonus Code opportunities between traditional and iLottery games to confirm they want to do a promotion, the game(s) they would like to promote, and if there are any promotion limitations (e.g. system conversion prohibited offers other than a cashback offer).

Leads the discussion with the SG Digital Promotions group to determine the final offer and codes, including clearing the code by licensor guidelines.

Coordinates with Product Managers on what Bonus Codes will be on the traditional game(s) in accordance with the development timeline and decisions from Digital Marketing and SG Digital.

Confirms Products-recommended second-chance drawing dates work for Security to conduct the drawing and work for Digital Marketing to have enough time to post winners.

Obtains Draw Games sales, if applicable, and participation rates for similar second-chance drawings to contribute to the creation of new drawing budget request documents.

Prepares overview documents to be distributed internally for second-chance drawings using information from approved budget requests.

Supports in contacting second-chance drawing winners when necessary.

MISCELLANEOUS
Travels as needed for retailer site visits, to Pennsylvania Lottery field offices, and locations where presentations are to be made.

Prepares narrative reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for ad hoc projects.

Demonstrates a commitment to the service-oriented culture of the Department.

Determines accuracy of product information in retailer communication, rules and notices, POS, promotional, and other public communication.

Makes recommendations for game improvements.

Determines suitability of merchandising/vending Planograms and feasibility of initiatives.
